Abstract

The understanding of the environment and the didactic-pedagogical appropriation of Environmental Knowledge are fundamental for us to understand that our survival is directly related to the health of ecosystems and the preservation of nature. The idea is that the conception of the environmental theme goes beyond symbolic moments and reductionisms. A sense of environmental belonging is necessary to become responsible for the natural heritage, managing and measuring the effects of each decision taken. The objective is to oppose the capitalist models of survival, establishing the integration of the human being with nature and favoring the collective spirit and the conscience of our autonomy in the relations with the other and with the whole. To stimulate the feeling of belonging to the environment, the work presents works that discuss environmental issues in an interdisciplinary way and with a regionalist bias, aiming at scientific dissemination and environmental awareness.
