Festival Kohoutek de 1973 : reflexões a partir das narrativas de seus participantes

Abstract

The present work of conclusion of course, in the form of a monographic article, aims to reflect qualitatively from the interviewees' narratives about the meaning of having participated in the 1973 Kohoutek festival, which took place in the city of Bagé / RS. It succinctly seeks to bring reflections on the memories of the participants, through their narratives granted in the form of interviews and transcribed for this work. Through discussions between reference texts and the participants' narratives, it seeks to reflect from the socio-cultural and political context of the time, thus seeking to bring their stories, memories and points of view, in order to understand the festival in the period to which it took place and the present meanings. It also brings reflections on the use of the word freedom, bringing several different meanings during the characterization of the festival by the interviewed participants, seeking to understand this freedom in relation to the socio-political context and the culture of festivals that simmered at that time.
