dc.description.abstractMany vineyards are on soils that have some nutritional limitation, where fertility corrections are necessary for plants to express their productive potential. For that, pesticides are used, which, over time, can lead to contamination to soil, water and plants. Organic fertilization is an alternative to reduce the cost of synthetic fertilizers, improving the chemical, physical and biological attributes. Therefore, the objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of organic fertilizer with cow manure and sheep on the growth and chlorophyll total, chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b content of 'Merlot' vines grafted on three different rootstocks. The experiment was conducted by the Nucleus of Study, Research and Extension in Oenology (NEPE²) in the experimental vineyard of the Federal University of Pampa (UNIPAMPA)-Campus Dom Pedrito. The evaluated parameters were: plant height (cm); chlorophyll total; chlorophyll a; and chorophyll b (Falker clorofiLOG®). It was held the analysis of variance (ANOVA) and when necessary the comparison test of Tukey averages at 5% of probability. With the results obtained from the analysis performed, it can be said that with the application of organic fertilizers of animal origin, the ‘Merlot’ vines, independent of clones and rootstocks, had the highest levels of chlorophyll total, chlorophyll a and chlorophyll b, and greater height when compared without application of organic fertilizers.pt_BR

dc.description.resumoMuitos vinhedos encontram-se em solos que apresentam alguma limitação nutricional, onde são necessárias correções na fertilidade para que as plantas expressem seu potencial produtivo. Para isso, são utilizados agroquímicos, desde a adubação até os tratamentos fitossanitários, o que, ao longo do tempo, pode levar a contaminação do solo, da planta e da água. A adubação orgânica é uma alternativa para reduzir o custo com o uso de fertilizantes sintéticos, propiciando a melhoria dos atributos químicos, físicos e biológicos. Nesse sentido, o objetivo do trabalho foi avaliar o efeito da adubação com estercos bovino e ovino no crescimento e nos teores de clorofila em diferentes clones de videiras ‘Merlot’ sobre quatro portaenxertos. O experimento foi realizado juntamente com o Núcleo de Estudos, Pesquisa e Extensão em Enologia (NEPE²), no vinhedo experimental da Universidade Federal do Pampa – UNIPAMPA - Campus Dom Pedrito. Foram realizadas quatro aplicações de estercos já curtidos ao redor das videiras. Os parâmetros avaliados foram: altura das plantas (cm); clorofila total; clorofila a; e clorofila b (Falker clorofiLOG®). Realizou-se a análise de variância (ANOVA) e quando necessário o teste de comparação de médias de Tukey a 5% de probabilidade. Com os resultados obtidos através das análises realizadas, pode-se dizer que com aplicação de adubos orgânicos de origem animal, as videiras ‘Merlot’, independente dos clones e porta-enxertos, obtiveram os maiores teores de clorofila total, clorofila a e clorofila b, assim como maior altura, quando comparados sem aplicação de adubos orgânicos.pt_BR
